When a ticket closes, a request ships or a call ends, Make.com asks Pulse for a link. Pulse hands back a unique short URL and a ready-made row of buttons for the email.

Step 2

One tap answers

The tap in the email is the vote. The page that opens says thanks, offers a comment, a few chips and, if you want, a voice or video message. Everything after the tap is optional.

Step 3

Airtable keeps score

Every answer is a row against the customer and the thing they rated. Happy customers get asked for a public review on the platform you choose. Recordings arrive as attachments.

Does the customer need an app or an account?

No. The link is the key. It works in any email client, text or WhatsApp, on any phone.

Can they change their answer?

Yes, for as long as the window you set is open. Every change is kept, so you see the history. After the window, the link says it has closed.

Where does the data live?

In your Airtable base, linked to your contacts and companies. Recordings sit in private storage and reach Airtable as attachments.
